Refund policy

Refunds are issued once a returned item reaches our warehouse and passes a quick check (tags attached, unworn, unwashed). This usually happens within 2 business days of pickup.

• UPI, cards, wallets, net banking: 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• Cash on delivery: refunded to a bank account or UPI ID you provide, within 5–7 business days

Original shipping fees are refunded when the whole order is returned, or when an item is faulty. Express fees are non-refundable for partial returns.

If you cancel before dispatch, we refund the full amount immediately; it may take your bank 5–7 business days to show it.
